1. Introduction
JET Latam is the JET program in Brazil — an autonomous team connected to the Jito Foundation with the mission of making Jito the dominant protocol on Solana in Latin America. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use browsing data on the jetlatam.com website, in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
2. Analytics tools
We use the following tools from Vercel Inc. to understand how the site is used and to improve the visitor experience:
Vercel Analytics: collects aggregated data on page views, traffic sources, device type, and approximate country. It does not use cookies, does not log IP addresses, and does not collect personally identifiable data.
Vercel Speed Insights: collects loading performance metrics (Core Web Vitals) in an aggregated and anonymous way. It does not identify users individually.
3. Legal basis
All data processing is carried out based on the explicit consent of the visitor. Analytics scripts are loaded only after approval through the cookie banner displayed on the first visit. Without consent, no data is collected.
4. Data subject rights
Under applicable legislation, you have the right to:
- Confirm the existence of data processing
- Access the data collected about you
- Request correction of incomplete or incorrect data
- Request deletion of data processed with your consent
- Request data portability
- Revoke consent at any time
- Object to the processing carried out
To revoke application consent or request deletion of your data (Art. 18), contact us via the link below — clearing your browser's local storage only removes what is stored on this device, not the data on the server.
5. Cookies and local storage
This site does not use traditional cookies for analytics. We use only the browser's local storage (localStorage):

6. Data sharing
Analytics data is processed exclusively by Vercel Inc. (USA). No data is sold, rented, or passed on to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
9. Your application data (JET Traders)
When you submit the form at /jtx, we process the data you provide — name, country, JTX referral link, X handle, trading profile and your message — to assess your access to the private group, based on your consent (Art. 7, I). This data is stored on MongoDB Atlas (MongoDB, Inc., USA) and forwarded to a moderation group on Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE), which involves international data transfer (Art. 33). We keep an application for up to ~30 days when not approved; approved members are retained while they remain members. You may request access, correction or deletion at any time (Art. 18) via the contact below.
